You will need to pay the shipping charges for returning item. If you order for more than 3000 PKR then the shipping charges are free(at the time of return you will pay later on we will settle you balance and will return you back), but in case your order is not of more the 3000 PKR and you want to return the item or any of the product from your order, you will be charged accordingly.

I LOST THE ORIGINAL PACKING IN WHICH I RECEIVED THE ITEM, HOW CAN I STILL RETURN IT?2018-12-13T00:05:43+00:00

In this case if you have any issue with the size and color of the product then it will be exchangeable(if product is not damaged) other then that We accept the return of item only if it is in the original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it.

Sales team will be responsible for COD (Cash on delivery) order Refund amount. Simply you will have to contact the sales team(check the contact information from web site). They will return your amount as you will be comfortable.

We make it very simple. when the order is confirmed you will receive an email containing order tracking ID.Simply you can go to leopard courier portal and track your order.
